Mentorship Program

The ISA Calgary Section is excited to launch our Mentorship Program, an opportunity aimed at facilitating personal and profession growth for mentees and mentors alike. We emphasize the power of guidance, support, inspiration and empowerment through meaningful conversations and collaborative goal setting. 2025-2026 is our pilot year welcoming students from Southern Alberta post secondary institutions.

Mentees are paired with a mentor that has experience in the mentee’s area(s) of interest. This is an 8 month long commitment that runs from November to June on a yearly basis.

Mentee Benefits

Establish a connection that will last a lifetime with your automation industry confidante, plus gain valuable insights, learn about resources, and develop valuable career skills!  Mentors may be willing to provide a reference letter at the end of the program (upon request and at the mentor's discretion).

Mentor Benefits

Advance our field by helping coach and inspire the next generation of automation professionals. You will get to know the up-and-coming leaders of tomorrow, expand your leadership skills and gain a sense of personal fulfillment by giving back.
